ENDLESS PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE

Typically, manufacturers make endless conveyor belts from rubber. Using rubber offers end users elasticity, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and durability. However, rubber can’t be used in high-temperature, and rubber can damage product during conveyance.

Albarrie created its endless conveyor belts using high-temperature resistant fabric. Albarrie’s Defender™ Endless Belts deliver the same abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and durability as rubber with excellent performance in high-temperature applications. They are produced under high tension, using a needle punch process that offers minimal stretch and maximum durability at diverse, high-temperature ranges. Our endless belts are fabricated as an infinite loop without joints or seams. This means no seams to fray or joints to separate, ensuring consistent protection and a long lifespan.

Nonwoven needle-punched felt is made of two components – fiber and air. The more fibers needled into the fabric’s construction means less air space for the same material thickness. This process results in a longer-lasting product when following the manufacturer’s recommendations.
