Industrial Filter Bags for Dust Collection Systems

As dust-laden air passes through one of our premium filter media, fine particles are trapped on the fabric surface while clean air exits safely into the environment. These fabric filter bags—also known as dust collection bags or baghouse filters—are essential for maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting worker and public safety, and extending equipment life in dust-heavy manufacturing environments.

With over 40 years of technical expertise in industrial air filtration, we manufacture dust collector replacement bags for all major OEM dust collection systems. We utilize premium filter media, including Polyester, Aramids, PPS, PTFE, Acrylic materials, and more. Each OEM filter bag is precision-engineered to match your system’s exact specifications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maintenance efficiency. Whether you operate a cement plant, woodworking facility, or metal foundry, Albarrie provides the durability and quality assurance needed to keep your operations running cleaner and longer.

Most Common Filter Bag Types

PULSE-JET FILTER BAGS

Pulse-jet filter bags represent the most widely used design in industrial baghouse dust collectors. These filter bags can feature snap-band, sewn or raw tops for secure mounting and reinforced sewn bottoms for reliable dust containment. A rigid metal cage maintains bag structure during operation, while cleaning occurs through rapid compressed air pulses that dislodge accumulated dust and restore optimal airflow.

Extensively used across cement, metals, food, pharmaceutical, power generation, wood, and mineral processing industries, these baghouse filters deliver exceptional filtration efficiency, durable construction, and streamlined replacement procedures. We custom-manufacture each pulse-jet bag to meet your collector’s OEM specifications, providing superior sealing, extended service life, and outstanding dust control performance.

SHAKER FILTER BAGS

Shaker filter bags offer a proven solution for mechanical shaking systems and have been used for a long time. These bags utilize tubular or envelope-style felt construction, often incorporating loops, straps or grommets for secure hanging. Unlike pulse-jet systems, shaker collectors operate without compressed air or internal cages—dust removal occurs through mechanical shaking that loosens accumulated particles.

This straightforward, energy-efficient design makes shaker bags ideal for woodworking, grain processing, food production, and traditional cement operations. Our shaker filter bags deliver low air-to-cloth ratios, consistent filtration performance, and extended filter life while integrating seamlessly with existing equipment. For facilities using shaker systems, we provide high-quality filter media upgrades that enhance airflow and minimize operational downtime.

OVAL FILTER BAGS

Oval filter bags get their name from their distinct oval shape. These versatile bags operate in pulse-jet, multi-pocket, reverse-air, RF series, and RJ model systems, requiring specially designed oval cages for proper support.

Commonly deployed in metal fabrication, woodworking, and manufacturing facilities. We design and fabricate each oval bag to fit specific dust collector models, ensuring perfect compatibility and exceptional filtration performance.

REVERSE-AIR FILTER BAGS

Reverse-air filter bags are long, tubular bags designed for large-scale baghouses in industries including steel, cement, and power generation. Unlike pulse-jet systems, these bags utilize reversed airflow for cleaning, causing accumulated dust to fall off naturally. Their design eliminate the need for internal cages, allowing the fabric itself to maintain structure and flexibility.

Engineered for high & low temperature and high-volume air streams, our reverse-air filter bags can be constructed from heat-resistant, heavy-duty filter media that withstand harsh industrial conditions. With lower air-to-cloth ratios and gentle cleaning cycles, these bags deliver consistent performance and extended service life.

We design our custom reverse-air bags to provide superior filtration under the most demanding conditions to meet your specific operational requirements.

ENVELOPE FILTER BAGS

Compact envelope filter bags are rectangular, flat-style filters typically supported by rigid frames or panel cages. These bags are commonly used in woodworking, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries where space efficiency and maintenance accessibility are critical. Depending on the collector design, envelope bags can utilize shaking or pulse-cleaning mechanisms for dust release.

Their flat configuration allows for increased filter media surface area within smaller footprints, delivering high efficiency with reduced air-to-cloth ratios. Albarrie custom-fabricates envelope bags using premium materials that promote excellent dust release and airflow optimization, even in compact collector configurations.

If your facility operates space-saving envelope filter baghouses, we can help optimize your industrial air filtration system performance.

For more than four decades, Albarrie has served as a trusted industrial filtration expert, manufacturing custom filter bags from premium filter media that consistently outperform generic replacements. Our vertically integrated manufacturing system, combined with in-house design and quality control processes, ensures consistency, reliability, and superior performance across every bag we produce. From filter media selection to precision fabrication and sealing, Albarrie provides the technical expertise needed to maintain compliance, reduce downtime, and keep operations running efficiently.
